In my first contact with Mariko, I communicated my problem and she solved it within a few minutes. I did not have the time to go to her office for an in-person assistance. She demonstrated empathy for my situation and solved it on the first telephone call. I was prevented from saving an invoice for inventory received. This is the first time I experienced this problem. Mariko tried one approach which did not solve the problem. Her second approach solved the problem.
