If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, all Intuit QuickBooks Financial software and Intuit QuickBooks Point of Sale Desktop software may be returned within 60 days from the date of shipment, download, or unlock, whichever occurs first, for a full refund. This includes QuickBooks Pro, QuickBooks Premier, QuickBooks Enterprise, QuickBooks For Mac, QuickBooks Accountant, QuickBooks POS software.
QuickBooks Online, Intuit Payroll, and Intuit Field Service Management are not eligible for the 60 Day Guarantee, but your subscription can be canceled within 30 days to prevent any charges.
All other items including computers, monitors, and supplies may be returned in new/unopened condition within 30 days. Customized supplies, shipping, and insurance costs are non-refundable.
Professional services, consulting, project work, and bookkeeping services are non-refundable are not eligible for a refund.
To obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, please call 1-800-717-0452 or fill out the return request form.
Credits can only be issued to the credit card used for the original purchase. We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item.
Exceptions for QuickBooks Pro, Premier, and Enterprise Solution software
You are not required to physically return the product in order to obtain a refund of your purchase price. However, your license will be deactivated and you will no longer be able to use the product.
When can I expect a refund?
You should expect to receive your refund within 2 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper (for physical products) or receiving your RMA number (for electronically delivered software). However, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
